Meet Geoff
If it's food, I'm interested.
I have two decades of restaurant experience, a masters degree in dietetics, and am a registered dietician/nutrition. I keep half a dozen different cheeses in my fridge at all times. I can bake bread, pies, pastries, cakes, and cookies. I make my own stock. In the summer, I make ice cream. I grind my own hamburgers and enjoy doing charcuterie. I love craft beer; on occasion I brew my own. I want to know the history behind what I'm eating, and I think food science is fascinating. I also believe that nutrition is important, and the food can be delicious, even for those with dietary restrictions.
